Bill Grant, MCIBS

Originally from a financial background, Bill has also been a leading player in founding several highly successful businesses (Commercial and Third Sector) and played key roles in establishing several bodies tasked with business advocacy and, organisations concerned with helping disenfranchised groups in the housing, finance and energy areas.

He brings a vast wealth of cross-sector experience and contacts as well as having a big personal commitment to improvement coupled with what is often cited as “…an innovative approach to solving organisational puzzles.” more

 

Ian Sibbald, MCIBS, MBA

Ian is a world-class business, financial planning and strategic development Consultant. Ian has held several senior strategic roles in major UK and International investments for the Royal Bank of Scotland and Tesco Personal Finance. He also has extensive Business Enterprise experience having held several senior client relationship roles.

In addition to his personal voluntary community involvement with Business Mentoring, Ian has particularly well-honed communication & interpersonal skills bringing particular expertise and value-add as “a critical & creative thinker” able to link organisational objectives with a compelling strategic & financial rationale for transforming insight into action.  An Economics graduate, Ian also holds an MBA from University of Strathclyde Graduate Business School and graduated from the  Harvard Business School Executive Education programme in Innovation, Strategy & Service, Customer & Marketing Management and Leadership more 

 

Gracia Grant 

Co-ordinating and managing the team's Operations and Events, Gracia is a highly experienced ICT project manager and trainer.  She has consulted and supported many major IT project implementations across the UK for clients such as Network Rail, Standard Life, Royal Bank and QA Scotland.  Gracia has also consulted and supported a number of specialist projects (funded by the Scottish Government and European Commission) in the Health, Wellness and Independent Living Sectors.

Alan Stevenson MSc, BSc (Hons)

Alan is a skilled digital practitioner and management educator, particularly in developing ICT-based strategies for public and private sector clients. He has worked widely within the public sector, including the NHS (where he has worked on projects for NHS Healthcare Improvement Scotland, NHS Lothian and the eDental Portal).

Alan has a background in International Marketing, Market Research and Internet Marketing and is a visiting lecturer at the University of Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian University as well as a member of the Market Research Society and an EU approved management consultant.  Alan holds an MSc in International Marketing from University of Strathclyde, and a BSc (Hons) in Business & Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University.

  

Alan Whiteside MSc, BEng (Hons)

Alan provides consultancy around project management and business development to the health sector in Scotland.  His experience as a medical physicist in radiotherapy, nuclear medicine and physiological measurement specialising in radiation protection has helped in the evaluation of medical innovations and the management and commercialisation of resultant technology.

He also has extensive exposure to working with SME’s in an innovation and health & wellbeing environment including managing a business networking website service for inventors and innovative companies and organisations to access people, resources and services to help manage the protection of their ideas, develop and commercialise the resultant technology.  Alan holds an MSc in Clinical Physics from University of Glasgow, and a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Aberdeen.

 

Ronnie Galloway, MBA, MA (Hons)

Ronnie has held responsibility for the development of research, consultancy and collaboration with business on behalf of the academic sector (Brunel University), and has substantial experience of business coaching

Previous experience also includes project management and delivery in a range of consultancy assignments, including e-learning, business development and sales and marketing.  Ronnie holds an MBA from Cass Business School, City University, London; is a graduate of the Gateway Business Administration Programme at University of St Andrews; and holds a MA (Hons) in Scottish Historical Studies from University of Edinburgh.
